Chicken coop #2 in the works. I’ve got to get busy and paint all the inside boards white. The outside is the made of old barn tin. In the front my friend Amy @preciousriches gave me two old windows and an old door from their historical home…I’ve got a stained glass window stored in my attic that will go over the door and flower boxes under both windows. Can’t wait for it to be finished! And don’t you love my new gate! Paul and the boys whipped that up last night…with my supervision of course…hehe. I’m back in Texas!!! I had a wonderful time in Canada! I’m going to miss them so much and I’m going to miss @mrschhangur cooking!!! That girl can cook!!!! I was seriously blown away….some of the best food I’ve ever eaten! Here’s a pic of a yummy salad she just whipped up for lunch! BTW…this might look like a huge dinner plate but it was really a teeny tiny, itsy bitsy salad plate…HAHA…I won’t tell you how many servings I had in that salad plate…hehehe. I was spoiled with yummy food my entire time there, my favorite dish Paalak Paneer, Mike gets some credit for this dish…they were together cooking up a storm while I played with my Birdie girl. I agree with Britney and Mike, there will for sure be Indian food in heaven!!! I hate I didn’t get a picture of the Paalak Paneer but it didn’t stay on my plate long enough for me to snap a quick one. 😳😜

Good morning Miss Annie Bird! ❤

In only 4 hours I will have this little one in my arms! I may never let her go! :-) If you know me well you know I’m NOT a comfortable flyer. When I booked my flight I was just paying attention to the day of the week I’d be flying out on, I didn’t realize until a week later that I was flying out on 9-11….so of course that made this uneasy traveler even more uneasy. Since then I have had so many people praying over me that I am at peace as I sit here waiting to board the plane. I would appreciate continued prayers for safety and continued peace. And please lift up Paul and the kids. Paul is amazing, he can handle things at home and the kids with one arm tied behind his back…I’m so thankful for him! Max has had rough patches for about a week. He got real emotional and cried this morning while getting ready. I was concerned about how he would do when I dropped him off at school….when we pulled up to the pod he gave he a kiss and instantly saw one of his little friends, he hopped right out, I was telling him “bye, I love you” and he didn’t even hear me because he was so happily chatting with his buddy. Hahaha! So I think he’s going to be just fine! God is so good!!! He knew I needed to see that Max will be okay! :-)

Yesterday, we went straight home from school and they were out! If it were cooler I would have opened the doors and let them nap.

My sister Kristi printed out pictures of those she loves to hang in her office…here are just a few. She texted me the photos and I was so confused, I know all of her close friends but I had no idea who the lady and child was with the curly hair. I texted her back and asked who they were. SHE HAS NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE….LOL!!! She’s just added them for interest….LOL!!!! When she told me that I laughed so hard…I was rolling! I love my goofy, HILARIOUS sister! I am so thankful for the lighthearted, funny and CRAZY friends and family that I have….you know who you are…..Y’ALL MAKE LIFE SO MUCH FUN!!!
