finally.....

i can finally announce it, i've been about to burst.....I'M GOING TO BE A GRANDMA!!!!!  now i've got to think if a really great grandma name that will fit me....any suggestions?  i'm so EXCITED....BRITNEY & MIKE ARE HAVING A BABY!!!!!

our little modern farmhouse....under construction

i took a picture of our house with my phone this morning.   this is how it is right now under construction....the columns are not up yet on the front porch, the sheet rock has been hung and they are taping and bedding it now.  it's slow....slower than i want of course but we hope to be in by the end of june....early july....HOPE! :-).  my favorite part is my front door and that is all i'll share about that right now....just wait, it makes the ENTIRE house!!!!!!  oh i nearly forgot.....go HERE to see it.  i post lots of pictures on this blog because i use my phone...it's super super FAST & EASY....and that's what i need these days!

elliott started a blog HERE. it's called: that would be elliott with 2 L's and 2 T's.  elliott LOVES his name, he thinks it's the best name in the world but he does NOT like it when it's spelled wrong and will correct anyone if they do....so when i made the suggestion for the blog name he got tickled and loved it.  we are working on tate's blog right now and i'll post it as soon as it's up and running.   they will probably post pictures, sale some of their art, and they will practice their writing. hop over and leave him a comment....he will be THRILLED!

i just started a phone-ography blog, it's only photos that i take from my phone.....it's so fun....and super super easy!  i'll still be posting here...i'm terribly behind on what i want to journal, i just have had a hard time finding the time to blog these days.  i'm so excited because it's just, snap a picture with the phone and then send it to my phone-ography blog....all of a few seconds and i can do it on the go....just what i need right now.  you can check it out HERE.  i'll be posting A LOT so visit me anytime.

my little tomboy

in vivi's class they all got to choose two of their best buddies to get their picture taken with. viv's favorite two friends in her class aren't girls.... absolutely NOT...brylon and andy are her favorite classmates. my girl tickles me, just about every day she brings a football to school....LOL....i think it guarantees the boys will play with her...haha.  i love my little tomboy just the way she is!  what can i say, i was exactly the same when i was her age. she and i are two peas in a pod!  a match made in heaven no doubt! have i ever mentioned that we have the same birth mark on the back of our necks? no doubt.....MADE IN HEAVEN!!!

...that's what we"ll be when we move into our new home.  a good friend of mine shared with me that when she and her husband built their house they wrote scripture all over the studs.  i thought that was a great idea.  tate and elliott got a few of there friends to help out.  viv and max were also in on it.  thank you, austin, braden and matthew for all your help.
