Early morning practice…..their learning cursive this summer.

We were all in the car coming home from my moms. I was sitting in the back with Max, I had my feet propped up on Vivi’s arm rest. Elliott had been asleep and when he woke up and he saw my feet he grabbed the nail clippers and said, “I’m going to give you a foot ped.” AKA pedicure…HAHAHA!!!

My view at 5:30 am. I love early mornings….so peaceful and quiet.

Max loves to wear hats and caps but this is a first….he was planting vegetables in the garden wearing his book cover. HAHA! He was not wearing it to be funny he was totally serious. LOL!

Max’s name was drawn today in the “Caught Being Good” drawing. He was so excited! There were several prizes to choose from and he chose a REAL PHONE!!! What he didn’t realize at the time was that you have to pay $50 a month to get it to work. HAHA! He is loving this phone and could care less if it works or not. He’s keeping it in his pocket and every few minutes he takes it, out opens it up, punches a few numbers, grins real big and then puts it back in his pocket. SO CUTE!!!

This is Tate’s bedroom. He likes clean lines and clutter free. He’s very sentimental so the collage of paintings are very special to him, they were all painted by Paul.

Tate is at it again. My son is a scorpion whisperer….this scorpion is alive and he just picked it up…CRAZY!!! When he was a young boy in China he would catch scorpions to sale. In China they use them for medicines. I’ll add this to his many talents…lol.

Tennis anyone? Looks like Tate & Elliott have a new doubles partner…LOL. Vivi & Max spent their money the other day and bought a tennis racket. :-)

When I come with treats… they get EXCITED!

Another great Field Day! Vivi had a ball!!!

Laying on the ground in the sprinkler after my run. I felt exactly how I look…LOL. Tate and Elliott joined me this evening. They are the sweetest boys….Elliott stayed close watching for cars and dogs and whatever else might come my way, taking care of me while Tate encourages me and pushes me to go further. Gosh, I know I say this all the time but I AM SO BLESSED!!!!

The sounds of a kick ball game in the backyard while I’m cooking dinner sure makes this mama happy!

Max’s Field Day. The highlight of the day….WATER GAMES!

I didn’t get this posted yesterday on Mother’s Day but I think today will be fine. I love this poem so very much!

Today was a GREAT day! A nice picnic lunch prepared & cleaned by NOT ME…a hike in the woods…a quick Sonic run…a little tennis with Tate & Ells and baseball with Vivi & Max…we’re about to play Deer in the Headlights (our latest favorite card game) and then all snuggling around the TV for a movie! The only thing that could have made today better was if the bigs could have been here…and my little Birdie! :-) It was a BLESSED day!!!

Mother’s Day hike!

I’ve been sent to my room twice today. 1st while my family prepared a very special lunch for me and now while they are cleaning it all up. I could get used to this! ;-). My family knows I’m NOT a napper so they have my afternoon all planned out for me. It’s going to be a FULL day of fun! And yes @mrschhangur we will be making a Sonic run…wish you were here, Sonic misses you…hehehe.

As soon as I saw Tate this morning I said, “You look so cute let me take your picture!” This was his response…HAHAHA! Funny boy!

Tate walked in the living room this morning looking so cute that I had to take his picture. He’s such a sweet sweet boy! #ilovehimso
