My happy little koala!!! We just found out Tate & Elliott are coming home TOMORROW NIGHT!!!! For some reason I thought it was Saturday night but it’s TOMORROW!!!! We’re doing a HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY dance!!!!

Since Tate & Elliott aren’t here when we saw this scorpion Vivi just stepped right in and took charge catching and disposing of it (using chopsticks…HA), while Max and I were standing on the sofa…squealing..lol. #ihatescorpions #sheisbraverthanme

I love TBT (throwback thursday). Here’s my contribution for today. My girl with ATTITUDE! LOVE her so much…attitude and all!!!

The first thing this lil bed head wants to do when she wakes up is Math on the computer. The website is incredible, it gives them math problems on their grade level and then will email me their score, progress & mastery reports. It’s called XTRAMATH … go check it out!

Tate called tonight and Max got a little emotional again, missing his brothers. This little panda bear has helped out this week. He picked out this panda bear because pandas live in China….he named it Lu (boy) short for Luoyang where Tate & Elliott are from. When he starts missing them he just hugs on Lu and thinks about that his brothers will be home soon.

Tate and Elliott left for camp this morning and Max is having the hardest time. He cried and cried last night and then again today after we got home from dropping them off. He loves them so deeply.

This is a wolf spider, it’s harmless but when I first looked at it I wasn’t for sure what kind of spider it was because it looked really weird so I grabbed my camera, took a pic and was going to do a little research. Elliott grabbed my tennis shoe to kill it….when he hit it HUNDREDS of baby spiders went EVERYWHERE!!! It FREAKED US BOTH OUT…Ells was slapping that shoe all over the place…we were quite the comical pair. I get the HEEBIE-JEEBIES just thinking about it.

I could eat this every day for the REST OF MY LIFE!

I’m giddy over my .25 cent nutcracker that I got today. I had my extra set of eyes with me 👀….Elliott spotted it and brought it over to me, “Mom, how cool is this!”….I love thrifting with that boy! 😍

It’s so quiet right now because everyone is in their room reading…..shhhhhh.

Our church had a day camp for 1st & 2nd grade today and Viv and Max had a blast. Max wasn’t too keen on the idea of riding the bull but Viv didn’t hesitate. She couldn’t hardly stay on for laughing. Lol.

This is Paul’s last week of vacation (BOO…HISS…BOO) and it’s been go, go, go so this afternoon we’re going to just hang out playing games and watching movies. Tomorrow is back to a full day starting with yard sales, and a picnic dinner & fishing tomorrow evening! Paul needs a vacation from his vacation…HAHAHA!

This boy is so excited…he bought himself a typewriter today. He saw it in FB Swap Shop for $5 and he asked if they would take $3 and they said yes. Lol. It’s his money so every penny counts. You would think it’s Christmas around here tonight.

It’s a Monopoly afternoon! At the moment I’m nearly bankrupt….Viv just about wiped me out!

Yesterday morning, bacon, eggs, toast and hot coffee on the campfire….this morning, biscuits, gravy and hot coffee. I should have taken pictures of dinner…AMAZING! I can take NO credit….Paul is the campfire cook! Love my hubs!

Our humble abode. We all agree (especially Tate & Elliott) that we no longer wish for a camper. Tent camping is not as convenient and is more work but well worth the extra bit of effort! We may never leave this place!

Coffee’s going to be good! We sadly had to change our vacation plans so we decided to go camping. We’re having a great time together!!!

Vivi…in a very EXCITED, ENERGETIC and DRAMATIC voice says, "MOM, IT IS 9:27 AND MY EYES ARE NOT EVEN HEAVY….THEY ARE VERY VERY LIGHT!"

School is OUT and Summer is HERE!!!! OH YEAH!!!!

Handcuffed to a tree. Ells doesn’t know who he’s messing with…Vivi Houdini! HA! They are taking turns handcuffing each other to a tree to see how long it takes them to get out. Cheap fun and good memories made…..this is one they’ll talk about when we gather around the dinner table in about 15 years…lol. Bonnie, they’ve had hours of fun with this toy from your Treasure Box.

Oh yes he did! Ells bought himself a cowboy hat. Of course he couldn’t just get a regular tan cowboy hat, he got turquoise! I think he could pull just about anything off. Love that kid!!!
